Cancellation Policy
The Goddess Retreat Waiver By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in The Goddess Retreat hosted by Joanne Rozak and Strut Productions: 1. Payments and Refunds All deposits and full payments are non-refundable once booked. If you are unable to attend the retreat, it is your responsibility to fill your spot. Should you be unable to fill your spot, you remain responsible for the full payment of the retreat. Failure to pay the balance may result in forfeiture of your booking, with no refund of prior payments. All payments will be taken on the 1st of each month (Nov-Aug) 2. Travel Insurance Travel insurance is highly recommended and is your sole responsibility to arrange. Strut Productions and Joanne Rozak are not responsible for any costs, losses, or disruptions related to travel, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, or unforeseen circumstances. 3. Liability Waiver You acknowledge that participation in retreat activities, including but not limited to dance classes, stretching sessions, and the use of villa facilities, involves inherent risks. By participating in The Goddess Retreat, you agree that neither Joanne Rozak nor Strut Productions shall be held liable for any illness, injury, accident, or other damages incurred during the retreat. You agree not to sue or file any claim against Joanne Rozak, Strut Productions, or any associated parties for any reason related to your participation in the retreat. 4. Personal Responsibility You understand and accept full responsibility for your well-being during the retreat. You agree to communicate any health concerns, injuries, or limitations prior to participating in any activities. By booking this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this waiver.
