Join us for Strength & Stretch at Strut Productions. This dynamic class focuses on building strength and stability in your core while improving flexibility and mobility through targeted stretching exercises. The session begins with a warm-up to activate the body, followed by a series of core-strengthening exercises such as planks, leg raises, and twists. These movements help to sculpt the midsection and improve balance. The class then transitions into a series of stretching exercises that target the back, hips, hamstrings, and shoulders, promoting flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class helps you build a strong, stable core while increasing your body's range of motion and flexibility.
